The family of two missing sisters have made a desperate plea for help as the search for the girls enters its fourth day.

Daniella, 7 and Indiana, 5 were last seen about 11am on Saturday at their home in Adelaide’s west.

The girls were on a four-hour supervised visit with their mother on Saturday morning, but have not been seen since.

Their stepmother Stephanie Mende has asked on behalf of the family, including the girls father Brodie, for anyone that can help to come forward.

“This is the scariest thing any parent could ever go through,” Ms Mende told 9News.

Daniella has waist-length dark hair and was last seen wearing a Minnie Mouse long-sleeved dress.

Indiana has long blonde hair and was last seen wearing a Minnie Mouse T-shirt and multi-coloured sparkly leggings.

The mother-of-five has made multiple pleas on social media asking for help finding the two girls.

“Can everyone please help find our babies!,” she said.

“If anyone knows where they are or where they could be please contact [police].”

Anyone who spots the girls or has information on their whereabouts is asked to contact the police assistance line immediately on 131 444.
