Homicide detectives have been called in after a teenager was reportedly stabbed to death near a train station in Melbourne.
Emergency services were called to Station Place, Sunshine about 3.45pm on Thursday following reports of an injured male.
The boy was stabbed at the bus station interchange outside the station.

Victoria Police say the exact circumstances surrounding the incident are still to be determined and the Homicide Squad will attend the scene.

Trains on the Sunbury line ran non-stop through Sunshine station at the request of police for nearly an hour.

Last month, a woman was slashed across the face at a takeaway shop in nearby Sunshine North.
That incident happened on April 11 after a couple ordered food at the store on Furlong Road about 7pm.
A woman collected the food at the counter before the man with her reached over and slashed the female attendant across the face with an edged weapon.
The 49-year-old woman was taken to hospital with minor facial injuries.
