A man is being questioned after the mysterious death of a woman in Perth’s CBD.
The woman was found on Wellington St, near Pier St, in the early hours of Thursday morning.
“Police and St John Ambulance WA were called to the location just before 3am,” police said in a statement.
“Paramedics provided first aid to the woman but sadly she was unable to be revived.
“A man is currently assisting police with their inquiries.”
Anyone with information, including mobile phone or dashcam vision of the area between 2.30am and 3.15am, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
Police will also hold a press conference soon.
