Police are appealing for public assistance to help find a woman who went missing a week ago after partying with her friends in Melbourne.
Dakota Lee Nagel’s disappearance is considered out of character and her family and police are concerned for her welfare.
The 24-year-old left her Doncaster home with others about 2am on Sunday, January 8 to head to the Prahran and South Yarra areas where they visited a number of licensed premises.
Ms Nagel parted with her friends later on Sunday afternoon and hasn’t contacted anyone since, police said.
Detectives began looking for Ms Nagel on Wednesday, January 11 after her mother reported her disappearance to police.

The investigation is now being managed by the Victoria Police Missing Persons Squad.
Detectives launched their appeal to the public for information on Saturday evening.
“Ms Nagel has a wide circle of friends and often attends licensed venues in the Prahran area,” police said in a statement.
“At times friends will not hear from her for a day or two, however it is unusual for her not to have contacted anyone for this length of time.”
Ms Nagel is described as being about 157cm tall with a petite build, blonde hair and blue/grey eyes.
She was last seen wearing a hot pink crop top with a Playboy bunny logo on the front, but it is believed that she may have changed clothes since this time.
Ms Nagel is believed to have been in the Prahran, South Yarra, CBD and Southbank areas since January 8.
Police have asked anyone who sees Ms Nagel to contact triple-0 immediately.
